Responsibilities: Support for administrative activities; control of company vehicles; tracking of commission forms, travel allowances, as well as gasoline distribution and commission staff tags. Support for minor tools inventory. Tracking of maintenance requisitions and work orders. Prepare and manage furniture inventory. Duties inherent to the position. Management and archiving of technical and administrative documentation. Requesting and tracking purchases of maintenance supplies. Monitoring compliance with preventive maintenance. Support for ISO 9001:2015 audit processes. Other duties determined within the quality management system processes.
