Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, supporting various operational functions. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements * Minimum experience as a **steward, dishwasher, or kitchen assistant** (preferably in restaurants or events) * Flexible availability for scheduling * Work Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. * Physical stamina and ability to handle light loads. * Residence near Cuernavaca Centro area. Main Responsibilities * Washing and disinfecting dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. * Cleaning and organizing kitchen areas, storage rooms, and equipment. * Assisting with proper handling and disposal of waste. * Compliance with hygiene regulations. * Restocking and arranging utensils in their designated areas. * Providing general support to the kitchen area as needed. * Maintaining tools and work equipment in good condition.
