Ongoing training **Automotive Appraiser** **Position located in the southern area of CDMX** A leading company in the pawn and automotive sectors is seeking talent to join as an Automotive Appraiser. We are looking for individuals with experience in the pawn business and vehicle appraisal, strong commercial skills, and a customer service orientation. **Work Modality:** * 80% fieldwork / 20% branch office **Main Responsibilities:** * Appraisal of new and used vehicles * Customer prospecting and follow-up * Negotiation and loan closing * File compilation and validation * Contract preparation * Receipt and verification of documentation * Support in branch operational activities **Required Profile:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive and/or pawn sectors * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics * Valid driver's license * Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles * Strong negotiation and customer service skills * Availability for fieldwork **We Offer:** * **Base salary of $11,000 per month** * **Timely biweekly payments** * **Transportation allowance** * **Excellent commission structure based on appraisals and vehicle acquisitions** * **Ongoing training** * **Direct employment with the company** * **Opportunity for professional growth and development** * **Job stability and an excellent work environment** Salary: $11,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Question(s): * Do you have any experience in the pawn industry? * Do you have experience in automobile appraisal? * Are you available to commute within CDMX?
