We are looking for talented, committed, and passionate individuals for the Production Supervisor position in Jiutepec, Morelos. If you have: **Education:** Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Industrial Chemistry / Quality Engineering / Food Chemistry or related field **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years as a Production Supervisor in the medical device industry and/or textile industry. **Knowledge:** * Production planning * ERP system experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Line balancing * Personnel management **Your mission will be:** Ensure compliance with production schedules by coordinating work teams across all production processes, acting as a facilitator who coordinates and organizes team members’ activities and influences them to achieve production objectives within established quality parameters. * Record OEE reports for production lines in the database and report results to the Plant Manager. * Train new personnel joining the department and support the entire team in the teaching\-learning process to update or improve their skills and knowledge in their respective roles. * Department: Ensure no raw material or component waste is generated during the process, and eliminate rejections.
