At IZZI Telecom, we seek a strategic, leadership-driven, and analytically skilled professional for the Collections Manager position. Your mission will be to lead high-volume collections operations.
Requirements
* Required academic level: Bachelor's degree
* Academic status: Graduated
* Required field of study (related fields): Administration
* Experience: Over 5 years in COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT
* Knowledge(s) and tool(s):
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics, Systems/Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related disciplines, with completed academic trajectory (degree and professional license)
+ Experience in high-volume collections (ideal: retail, financial, telecom, or fintech)
+ Experience managing operational teams or BPOs
+ Applied data analysis for collections
+ Advanced Excel / SQL / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
+ Knowledge of predictive models (desirable)
+ Experience with automation tools or CRM systems
+ Experience using artificial intelligence in collections processes (desirable)
+ Implementation of multichannel strategies (WhatsApp, SMS, call center, etc.)

Responsibilities and Activities
* Lead high-volume collections operations by setting clear objectives and segment-specific recovery strategies.
* Segment the customer portfolio by risk profile, debt age, and payment behavior to allocate resources efficiently.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department: contact rate, payment promise rate, conversion to actual payment, recovery per agent.
* Implement automation and artificial intelligence technologies in collections processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Supervise achievement of portfolio recovery targets (delinquency ratio, collection efficiency, days of overdue portfolio).
* Design and implement data- and customer payment-behavior-analysis-based strategies.
