Payroll Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented individual to ensure accurate payroll reporting, personnel administration, and employee support, with strong numerical accuracy and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in monthly and annual payroll closings. 2. Support in recruitment and preparation of employment contracts. 3. Management of vacation requests and general employee support. POSITION INFORMATION Reporting Compliance: \*Preparation of payroll incidents: absences, disabilities, vacations, sales commissions, etc. \*Compilation and validation of reports for determining ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISN taxes. \*Coordination with Accounts Payable for scheduling payroll and tax payments. \*Participation in monthly and annual payroll closings. \*Integration of payroll financial closing. \*Reconciliation of SAT VISOR vs ASPEL NOI \*Issuance of ISN payment invoice via the portal after payment. \*Requesting issuance of CFDI receipts once payment is confirmed. \*Ensuring compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures. \*Coordination of remote access and connectivity. Personnel Administration \*Support in recruitment through OCC, CompuTrabajo, and LinkedIn. \*Support in developing and updating job descriptions. \*Review of new hire documents per established checklist. \*Preparation of employment contracts. \*Compilation and management of employee files. Employee Support \*Management of vacation requests and general employee support. \*Monthly birthday card distribution.
