Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Assistant to supervise operator routes, manage reports, and control operational productivity while maintaining constant communication with supervisors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of operator routes 2. Generation of reports and operational productivity control 3. Constant communication with supervisors Supermarket AAA Monitoring Assistant We are a company with over 13 years of experience in logistics and last-mile delivery, serving various clients across the United Mexican States. **Responsibilities** * Capture and update folios related to operational productivity. * Generate and send reports on routes completed by operators. * Monitor and record the number of active employees in-store and on-duty. * Record and validate daily attendance of operators. * Constant communication with supervisors. * Real-time monitoring of operator routes. **Requirements**: * Gender: Indistinct * Age: 20–35 years (preferred) * One year of experience in similar positions (preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong communication skills * Teamwork orientation * Flexible schedule availability **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * 1–2 days of remote work per week * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,460.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * CCTV: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
