Focus on commercial results and customer efficiency We seek a salesperson to deliver personalized customer service and technical advisory in-store, providing appropriate solutions for customers' needs and ensuring a positive purchasing experience that drives sales and customer loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and experience (at point of sale) * Portfolio development and lead conversion * Commercial management * Inventory and logistics management **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or point-of-sale service (ideally in industrial, agricultural, or machinery sectors) * Numerical skills and good spelling. * Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or business administration * Energy, discipline, follow-up, and focus on commercial results. * Basic knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, and after-sales service. * Ability to communicate solutions clearly, honestly, and with a focus on customer efficiency. * Basic Excel proficiency, WhatsApp Business, and commercial management systems (CRM preferred). **We Offer:** * $16,000 net monthly salary * Commissions * Quarterly bonus of up to $20,000 * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Economic expectations * What personal skills identify you as a strong salesperson?
