




Position Summary: We are seeking a Patient Support Program (PSP) Coordinator with experience in managing field teams to coordinate and execute strategies, ensuring goal achievement and team performance. We are seeking a Patient Support Program (PSP) Coordinator with experience in field team management (e.g., Training Nurses, Data Managers, Navigators, Monitors, or similar). **Objective:** Manage, coordinate, and execute PSP strategies using designated tools to increase patient awareness, properly manage the field team, and ensure optimal PSP performance. Guarantee that program processes are implemented timely and accurately, and that client-defined objectives are met without deviation. **High travel availability** **Desired Knowledge and Experience:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical program in Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or other healthcare professions, etc. * Management of work teams across multiple locations and remotely **(Mandatory)** * Preparation and presentation of reports. * Excellent numerical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in administrative controls. * Knowledge of administrative processes in public healthcare institutions. * CRM system usage. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate activities of assigned personnel, including setting expectations for daily PSP operations. Develop a training plan for program staff before and during their activities within healthcare institutions. * Coordinate activities of assigned personnel, including setting expectations for daily PSP operations. * Monitor team members’ performance, provide feedback, guidance, and training to ensure compliance with administrative and operational processes within healthcare institutions, considering each role’s scope within the program. * Develop skills and competencies in the team under supervision to perform current processes and adapt to potential operational adjustments. * Oversee proper completion and execution of activities required for successful program development. * Track adherence to deadlines for documentation submission and file assembly. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly patient reports. * Analyze and process generated information. * Ensure team members meet service levels desired by our clients. **Skills:** * Analytical. * Results-oriented. * Leadership. * Ability to work under pressure. * Planning, control, and execution. * Customer-oriented.
