Experience in microfinance, field sales, or collections, preferably within the financial industry. Familiarity with the local area preferred. Additional Benefits and Perks Job Responsibilities: Conduct credit prospecting. Open accounts receivable and validate documents. Knowledge of credit bureau analysis and interpretation. 80% fieldwork and 20% branch-based work. Manage and develop customer portfolios. Perform collections and delinquency control.
