




Position Summary: Provides support in store floor operational activities, sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service, collaborating to meet operational and commercial performance indicators. Opportunities for professional growth and development Provide support for in-store floor operational activities by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in trucks, adhering to applicable merchandising guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper “fronting” and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct merchandise placement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product information (type, function, price), thereby providing excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures and handling customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register payment policy to ensure effective payment processing and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
