We seek a **licensed General Physician or Surgeon** to join our team in **Cuernavaca, Morelos**, with immediate availability. **Job Objective:** To provide care for patients with osteoarthritis through clinical assessment, diagnosis, application of established treatments, and continuous follow-up, thereby contributing to improved quality of life. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clinical consultation for patients with joint wear. * Preparation of medical records. * Physical examination and clinical diagnosis. * Review and interpretation of diagnostic studies. * Administration of treatments according to medical protocols. * Medical follow-up and patient progress monitoring. **Essential Requirements:** * Professional degree and license. * Minimum of **8** years’ experience in outpatient clinical practice. * Desired age: **over 36 years old**. * Availability to travel to Guadalajara, Jalisco, for initial training. **Required Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Organization and discipline. * Collaborative teamwork and effective communication. * Empathy, professional ethics, and punctuality. * Professional appearance appropriate for the clinical environment. **Working Conditions:** * **Employment Type:** Fee-for-service. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–15:00 hrs. * **Training:** Duration of approximately 10 days (in Guadalajara, Jalisco); per diems covered. * **Immediate hiring.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Question(s): * Availability to join the work team Work Location: On-site employment
