Additionally, they may be responsible for basic maintenance tasks in the parking area and reporting any issues or irregularities. Responsibilities: · **Vehicle Reception:** Upon arrival at the motel, perform check-in, room assignment, and payment collection; guide guests to their rooms. · **Parking Area Maintenance:** Keep the parking area clean, orderly, and free of obstructions. This may include sweeping, collecting trash, and ensuring signage is clear. · **Customer Service:** Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, answering questions and providing information about motel facilities and services, payment processing, and food and beverage delivery. · **Issue Reporting:** Report any problems or irregularities in the parking area—such as property damage or hazardous situations—to management. · **Basic Maintenance:** Perform basic parking area maintenance tasks, such as refilling trash bins or replacing light bulbs. · **General Support:** Be available to assist with other tasks as needed, such as helping maintain cleanliness in common areas or assisting guests with other requests.
