Advisory services for legal research and theses CETEC Online University requires instructors to deliver online classes on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. **Instructor Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in **Law (professional license mandatory)**. * Preference for candidates holding a **postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Constitutional Law, or related legal fields.** * Demonstrable professional experience in: * **Labor procedural law** * **Social security and labor law** * **Legal advisory services, litigation, or university teaching.** * Up-to-date knowledge of the **labor reform and procedures before labor courts.** * Ability to **supervise and advise on theses** with a legal and methodological focus. * **Residence in Cuernavaca, Morelos, is mandatory.** * Availability to deliver **real-time online classes on Saturdays** (8:00–10:00 AM, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, and 12:30–2:30 PM). **Teaching Skills** * Theoretical and practical expertise in **labor, procedural, and social security law.** * Ability to **analyze and explain current legal regulations.** * Capacity to **guide legal argumentation and writing processes.** * Experience in **case handling, trial simulations, and jurisprudence analysis.** * Ability to **advise on legal research and capstone projects.** * Proficiency in using **online teaching platforms.** **Job Responsibilities** * Deliver **real-time online classes on Saturdays**, via Microsoft Teams. * **Plan and develop course content** aligned with academic curricula. * Promote analysis of **practical cases, judicial procedures, and legal doctrine.** * Advise students on **preparing theses or legal research projects.** * Evaluate **legal reasoning, argumentation, and application of regulations.** * Provide **individualized feedback** to strengthen professional competencies. * Participate in **academic activities and follow-up meetings** with coordination.
