




Position Summary: IMPELMEX is seeking a Human Capital Intern interested in gaining practical experience in key processes such as recruitment, selection, personnel file administration, onboarding, and training. Training and mentoring ***JOIN OUR HUMAN CAPITAL TEAM!*** At **IMPELMEX**, we are looking for a **Human Capital Intern** interested in developing within the Human Capital field and acquiring practical experience in key departmental processes. **Responsibilities** * Support in **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, CV screening, candidate follow-up). * Support in **personnel file administration**. * Support in **onboarding and induction** of new hires. * Updating databases and departmental reports. * Support in activities related to **training, workplace climate, and internal communication**. * Other administrative tasks related to Human Capital. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields**. * Valid **student health insurance**. * Basic proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office Suite**. * Learning attitude, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Preference given to candidates with interest in the Human Capital field. **We Offer** * Completion credit for **professional internships and/or social service**. * **Financial support**. * Training and mentoring. * Industrial cafeteria.
