




Position Summary: Provides administrative support, institutional coordination, event organization, and communication services for the Ladies’ Committee, with a focus on public relations and executive support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling, travel, and logistics coordination for the President. 2. Social media management and institutional communication strategies. 3. Collaboration with foundations and strengthening of alliances. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or related field. **Experience** * Experience in administrative coordination, event planning, project management, and executive support. * Experience managing institutional social media accounts and preparing executive reports and presentations. * Preferred experience in civil society organizations, associations, or institutions with national presence. **Knowledge** * Event planning and logistics. * Budget administration and expense control. * Management of institutional social media accounts. * Preparation of executive presentations and reports. **Software** * Canva: Advanced * Adobe Suite: Intermediate * Microsoft Office: Advanced **Responsibilities** Administrative and Executive Support * Manage the schedule of the President of the Ladies’ Committee and coordinate travel logistics—including flights, accommodation, and transportation—for her participation in events and working meetings. * Prepare periodic reports on the activities and engagements of the President of the Ladies’ Committee. * Draft minutes, executive presentations, and official correspondence as supporting materials for meetings, campaigns, and institutional activities of the Committee. * \- Design, compile, and maintain updated institutional databases and directories. Institutional Coordination and Liaison * Maintain ongoing coordination with Delegational Committees to ensure their participation and representation at events and activities organized by the Ladies’ Committee. * Establish, strengthen, and monitor communications with allied foundations and institutions to manage, develop, and sustain projects promoted by the Committee. * Promote and manage collaboration agreements with foundations, institutions, and related organizations that contribute to achieving the objectives and programs of the Ladies’ Committee. Event Planning and Logistics * Support the planning, organization, and logistical execution of the General Assembly and regular sessions of the Ladies’ Committee. * Coordinate and supervise logistics for the Committee’s events and meetings—both in-person and virtual—ensuring proper planning and implementation. Communication and Content Management * Plan, implement, and monitor content strategies for the Ladies’ Committee’s social media platforms. * Monitor the digital activity of Delegational Committees to enhance the national reach and positioning of publications. * Manage and safeguard graphic materials and the photographic gallery generated during the Ladies’ Committee’s events and activities.
