Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism Business Administration, or related fields (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in operational supervision, hospitality, or luxury service roles. Salary: MXN $25,000 per month gross (Statutory benefits and above) Key Responsibilities * **Operational and Staff Supervision:** Direct supervision of cleaning staff to ensure hygiene standards in guest rooms and common areas. * **Membership Management:** Execute sales strategy to expand the member base. * **Event Coordination:** Comprehensive commercial and logistical management for social, corporate, and sporting events. * **Social Media Management:** Creation of strategic content and administration of our digital platforms to maintain brand presence. * **Digital Support:** Provide personalized support and assistance to members via the center’s digital channels.
