Job stability Are you passionate about strategic marketing focused on real results? **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing. * Proven experience managing campaigns on **Meta Business Suite**. * Proficiency in conversion strategies and sales funnels. * Experience handling digital metrics (CTR, ROI, engagement, conversion). * Prior experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with various departments to define communication objectives * Create, edit, and schedule social media posts * Publish daily content on *feed* and stories—5 to 10 stories per day per account. * Create social media content in video, photography, animation, *stories*, and graphics. * *Copywriting* * Monitor promotions and campaigns * Write ad copy for campaign planning * Assist in responding to social media messages to secure appointments * Respond promptly and effectively to comments and questions * Disseminate information across digital platforms * Conduct social media *lives* and produce institutional videos * Develop a monthly content calendar for multimedia assets * Report on and analyze social media content performance, including *engagement* * Analyze information (product knowledge, market, and competitors) * Develop compelling text, image, and video content * Prepare weekly activity reports * Prepare monthly metric activity reports * Design strategies to increase followers * Use of Meta *Business* **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of 12,286\.56 * Opportunity for growth. * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment. * Job stability.
