




Position Summary: A Bank Teller is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, performing transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. BANK TELLER RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure customers receive excellent service and support by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash desk quickly, courteously, and error-free. * Conduct commission-based business transactions as well as social programs. * Verify joint signatures when issuing a cashier’s check. * Properly stamp checks upon acceptance or rejection. * Deliver the best in-person customer experience: fast, friendly, and error-free. * Ensure customers enjoy the best possible experience.
