Maintenance Technician / Club Terraza Coapa Education: Completed high school diploma; completed technical programs or engineering degrees in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants. Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. - Accurately follow the maintenance schedule and complete maintenance logs for proper tracking. - Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from approved vendors. - Inspect and assess facility conditions, reporting repair or improvement needs and proposing optimal solutions. - Ensure and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, guaranteeing compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance. - Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials. - Prepare activity reports and escalate incidents to General Management and/or the shift supervisor.
