Strengthening a work environment based on respect and communication **Job Description:** A wood industry company specializing in the manufacturing of pallets and packaging is seeking a **Production Manager** with strong team leadership experience and a results-oriented approach. This position will play a key role in improving delivery times, organizing production, and ensuring timely material tracking—guaranteeing operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for fostering a work environment grounded in respect, effective communication, and team stability. **Key Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise wooden pallet and packaging production. · Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and customer commitments. · Monitor raw material shortages (wood, nails, supplies) and request timely replenishment. · Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. · Implement production controls, performance indicators (KPIs), and performance reports. · Record and track daily production output per operator for payroll purposes. · Develop, motivate, and strengthen the workforce. · Establish performance indicators and monitor results. · Manage operational incidents and resolve conflicts professionally. **Requirements:** · Education: Incomplete or completed Engineering degree. · Minimum 5 years of experience leading production teams (preferably in the wood industry or manufacturing). · Experience working with objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement. · Strong leadership, communication, and personnel management skills. · Production, inventory, and logistics control. · Orderliness, structure, and professional conduct. **Desired Profile:** · Firm, organized, and results-driven leadership. · High emotional intelligence and ability to handle pressure effectively. · Ability to build trust and stability within work teams. · Focus on operational discipline, follow-up, and compliance. · Assertive and effective communication. · Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions. **We Offer:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
