Opportunity to develop culinary skills We are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our CLUB DEL GOLF MEXICO. We operate 4 high-quality restaurants: Pizzeria, Taqueria, and Pastry Shop. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting chefs - Assisting in preparing cold and hot kitchen food - Assisting with placing orders to the warehouse - Assisting with all tasks required by the Chef As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be part of a team committed to culinary excellence. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the Chef in all kitchen tasks, from ingredient preparation to dish cooking. REQUIREMENTS: - Formal culinary education - Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens, restaurants, or industrial cafeterias - Basic knowledge of cold and hot kitchens - Excellent attitude - Teamwork - Flexible availability Prior kitchen experience is required, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. You must be communicative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, it is important that you maintain a positive outlook and proactive attitude to contribute to the work environment.
