




Position Summary: We are seeking an Educational Promotion Manager to train and develop executives, develop promotional strategies, recruit personnel, and supervise their performance. Comprehensive personnel management, from recruitment to evaluation **EDUCATIONAL PROMOTION MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** \-Train executives with expertise and orientation toward Educational Culture \-Develop educational promotion strategies \-Train and onboard new personnel \-Recruit, select, and hire new executives \-Plan work assignments and productivity for supervised personnel \-Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to deliver results \-Process documentation for newly hired personnel \-Perform administrative and field activities (sales) \-Monitor and evaluate the performance of area executives **Requirements** **Education:** Secondary school, high school, or technical degree. **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience with an educational or funeral services company, report generation, supervision of personnel, etc. **Knowledge:** Service sales (funeral, schools), sales reporting, PC operation. **Skills:** Strong communication skills, planning ability, retail or door-to-door sales, teamwork, enthusiasm for sales. **WE OFFER** \-Base salary \-Attractive commission plan Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–6:00 (including 2-hour lunch break) **Work Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos (Central area) Salary: $8,500.00 – $9,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
