Customer service and quotation preparation A company specializing in the manufacturing of school and office furniture is seeking talent to fill the position of "Sales Assistant" (recent graduates welcome). **Requirements:** Education: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (a partially completed bachelor’s degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields is preferred). Experience: * Minimum 6 months to 1 year in sales or customer service (industrial or furniture industry experience preferred). Knowledge: * Customer service and support. * Preparation of quotations and sales orders. * Basic invoicing knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Familiarity with furniture materials (wood, melamine, metal, etc.) is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and follow up with customers (in person, by phone, and via digital channels). * Prepare quotations for office and school furniture according to customer requirements. * Track orders from quotation issuance through delivery. * Maintain an updated customer database. * Coordinate information among sales, production, and warehouse departments. * Support new customer prospecting efforts. * Provide basic technical product information (materials, dimensions, finishes, delivery timelines). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM **We Offer:** * Base salary * Opportunity for growth * Performance-based salary adjustments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,200.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
