Bachelor’s degree in Singing, Operatic Singing, Musical Performance, Popular Singing, or related fields.
**General Description**
Deliver in-person classes.
Plan, promote, conduct, and evaluate teaching\-learning processes for the development and application of knowledge within the framework of students’ artistic and cultural education.
Proficiency in the field of **music, singing, and performing arts**.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1\. Conduct teaching activities according to current study programs, ensuring students acquire the competencies required by their program.
2\. Develop plans for supplementary artistic training activities for students.
3\. Plan, promote, conduct, and evaluate teaching\-learning processes for the development and application of knowledge within the framework of students’ artistic and cultural education.
4\. Plan, design, and prepare didactic materials for the assigned subject.
5\. Develop teaching activity plans and design instruments for evaluating student learning.
6\. Compose and present musical pieces for university cultural events and assess students’ learning outcomes.
**WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS**
* Teaching experience, mandatory for in-person instruction (verifiable) and within the professional field.
* Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
* Minimum of three years of professional experience in the field.
* Experience teaching vocal technique, solfège, singing, musical performance, ensemble, and musical work interpretation.
* Strong listening, dialogue, observation, and group facilitation skills.
* Proficiency in virtual platforms.
* Interpersonal skills for effective interaction (negotiation, leadership, empathy, communication, etc.) with faculty, students, and institutional departments at the Technological Institute.
* Administrative skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree diploma and professional license in Musical Performance and Operatic Singing or related disciplines.
* Knowledge of and interest in topics such as vocal technique, solfège, singing, musical performance, versatile music, ensemble, and musical work interpretation.
* Written English (desirable).
* Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
EVALUATION PROCESS
A preliminary analysis and selection will be conducted based on evaluation of submitted resumes.
Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be invited to deliver a demonstration class; selected applicants will then be invited for interviews. Final selection will be based on alignment with the described profile.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $120.00 \- $127.00 per hour
