Job Summary: Detect and analyze cybersecurity events, execute initial incident response and containment actions, and manage incident and change lifecycles. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Detect and analyze cybersecurity events and compliance requirements. Execute initial incident response actions. Implement containment measures for incidents. Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents, changes, and service orders. Receive and validate information regarding new services. Document operational manuals and playbooks as required by the SOC. Identify alerting improvements to reduce false positives. Participate in awareness activities, courses/training, and certifications. Meet committed and established SLAs with customers. Comply with the Management System processes. Support audits as required by customers. Main Responsibilities SOC, IT monitoring, networks.
