Performs administrative and field activities with performance tracking **EDUCATIONAL PROMOTION MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** \-Train executives skilled and oriented toward Educational Culture \-Develop educational promotional strategies \-Train and onboard new staff \-Recruit, select, and hire new executives \-Plan work assignments and productivity for supervised staff \-Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to deliver results \-Submit documents for newly hired staff \-Perform administrative and field (sales) activities \-Monitor and evaluate performance of area executives **Requirements** **Education:** Secondary school, high school, or technical degree. **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience with an educational, funeral services, or similar company; experience in reporting and supervising staff. **Knowledge:** Service sales (funeral, schools), sales reporting, PC operation. **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, planning ability, retail or door-to-door sales, teamwork, enthusiasm for sales. **WE OFFER** \-Base salary \-Attractive commission plan Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break) Salary: $9,000.00–$9,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
