Individuals with a growth mindset, results orientation, and passion for education who want to join an expanding, high-impact project. **Job Objective** Increase academic program sales by providing professional and timely support to prospects, ensuring achievement of sales targets and an excellent enrollment experience. **Requirements** **Experience:** * Experience in consultative sales (ideally in educational or intangible services) * Experience in sales closing * Experience managing digital leads and commercial follow-up **Languages:** * Basic English **Technical Knowledge** * Sales and closing techniques * Lead management and sales funnel management * Management of sales KPIs * Commercial CRM * Contact tools: WhatsApp Business, phone calls, video calls, and email * Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) * Preparation of commercial reports **Main Responsibilities** * Promote and sell academic programs * Prospect and follow up with interested individuals * Provide clear advisory on the educational offerings * Manage prospects through to enrollment * Record information in CRM * Monitor sales KPIs * Coordinate with the academic department to ensure proper student onboarding **Key Competencies** * Results orientation * Assertive communication * Customer service * Active listening * Organization and follow-up * Negotiation * Frustration tolerance * Working under pressure Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
