Opportunities for professional development and an excellent work environment. **Join Fundación Bringas Haghenbeck, IAP** We are looking for an: **ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST** Location: Calz. de Tlalpan, Tlalpan Borough, CDMX, ZIP Code 14000 **Main Responsibilities** · Manage and analyze accounts receivable related to overdue tuition fees. · Follow up and negotiate directly with parents to ensure payment recovery. · Reconcile financial information and maintain updated collection records. · Resolve payment issues with a focus on effective solutions. · Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient management. · Prepare clear and timely reports for executives regarding the status of accounts receivable. **Requirements and Skills** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, preferably in **schools or educational institutions.** · Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel): formulas, pivot tables, data analysis. · **ERP system experience (Intelisis preferred).** · Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (Income Tax Law, Banking Institutions Law). · Communication skills (use of tools and channels: email, WhatsApp, and telephone calls) and negotiation skills for direct interaction with parents. · Customer service orientation. · Analytical ability and resolution of complex problems. **We Offer** · Competitive base salary \+ **comprehensive benefits starting from day one.** · Grocery vouchers and savings fund. · Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development. · Excellent work environment. · Direct employment contract with the institution. **Work Schedule** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AVAILABILITY **If you have experience in school collections and enjoy direct interaction with parents, this opportunity is for you!** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
