We Are Looking for Talent! ADMINISTRATIVE PAYMENTS ANALYST Quálitas insures cars, cares for people RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare payment orders. Accurately apply accounting entries for each transaction. Notify applicants of rejected procedures that cannot proceed, for follow-up. Prepare validation and tracking reports for payment orders. Ensure proper storage of supporting documents for payment orders. Notify Accounts Receivable or Collections supervision of payment orders to be canceled and ensure their application. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in ACCOUNTING (ONLY) Experience in general accounting. Strong verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude. Negotiation skills.
