




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Auditor to ensure compliance with procedures and detect deviations in graphic arts processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates on continuous improvement and attention to detail. **Job Description:** We are a leading company in the graphic arts manufacturing sector, and we are currently seeking talent for the position of ***QUALITY AUDITOR.*** ***Objective:*** To promptly detect and report deviations from project requirements during production processes; to ensure compliance with established quality procedures in each operational process. ***Education:*** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field (intern or graduate). * Completed high school or technical vocational program. ***Experience:*** * Minimum 1–2 years as a Quality Auditor, or in a similar role within the graphic arts industry. (Mandatory) ***Knowledge:*** * Knowledge of graphic arts processes (Mandatory) * Knowledge of sampling methods. * Office software (Excel / Word), basic level. * Use of instrumentation: thread counter, tape measure, utility knife / exacto knife, document holder, etc. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Validation of product conformity across all operational areas: printing, finishing, and packaging (process audits and monitoring). * Validation of fountain solution conditions for offset printing. * Validation of all operator-issued approvals (sign-offs) at each production stage. * Notification of deviations detected during audits and process monitoring. * Identification of non-conforming products resulting from identified deviations. * Immediate feedback to operational staff regarding quality-related non-compliance. * Follow-up on color standard development. * Release of in-process products. * Release of finished products (final inspection). * Validation of material losses and follow-up for their destruction. * Validation of customer rejections or returns. * Recording and submission of inspection forms. * Support in validating samples requested by customers. * Support in validating products received from contract manufacturing processes (receiving inspection). * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ***Skills and Requirements:*** · Results analysis. · Attention to detail. · Assertive communication. · Quality and Continuous Improvement. · Results-oriented mindset. **·** Orientation toward internal and external customers. **Work Schedule: Shift-Based Role** * Morning shift: Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. * Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
