Drawing control and report submission Description A prominent company in Construction Consulting and Supervision Seeks a **CIVIL WORKS ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** **EDUCATION:** Civil Engineering or related field (intern or graduate) **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE** · Minimum 1 year in technical construction control · Knowledge of and ability to apply the Public Works Law and Related Services, the Regulation of the Public Works Law, and complementary standards · Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings · Familiarity with BIM 360 methodology · Basic knowledge of unit prices **SKILLS** · Compliance with standards · Organization · Follow-up · Perseverance **WORK LOCATION** Tlalpan, Mexico City **SALARY AND BENEFITS** $20,000 gross monthly 100% formal employment registered with IMSS Statutory benefits **WORK SCHEDULE AND MODE** Flexible schedule availability 100% on-site **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Support services related to on-site construction supervision \- Verify that construction proceeds according to the execution schedule; report progress on excavation volumes, concrete placement, structural work, and all activities performed by the construction contractor, etc. \- Maintain proper control of project drawings and report submissions. \- Collect, process, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly information derived from construction monitoring and inspection; process field data; prepare progress reports; review generator numbers.
