DE C.V. is seeking a Service Advisor in Coyoacán, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Service Advisor** ========================= **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Receive customer vehicles for entry into the service area. * Inspect the physical condition of vehicles. * Prepare service orders and quotations for additional services (parts, accessories, and labor). * Route service orders to the appropriate department for job assignment. * Follow up with customers during the service process, providing updates on progress and estimated delivery times. * Verify vehicle cleanliness and condition prior to delivery. * Ensure all required documentation is complete before vehicle delivery. * Identify customer needs and offer alternative service options. * Manage maintenance, repairs, and work orders. * Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints. **Position Profile** --------------------- ### **Education** * Completed high school diploma. * Technical degree in automotive engineering or related field. ### **Experience** * Experience in service and customer support. * Automotive industry experience preferred. ### **Essential Knowledge** * Customer service techniques. * Handling and resolution of complaints. * Automotive service processes. ### **Tools Proficiency** * Microsoft Office. * Gmail and Google Drive. * Service order generation system. **Skills** --------------- * Excellent customer service skills. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up capability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity. * Sense of urgency. **We Offer** ------------- * **Work Location:** Chevrolet Pedregal (Perisur) **Salary:** $9,600 monthly \+ statutory benefits \+ Commissions **Schedule:** + Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. + Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy is sourced from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0768fe4100002f00ba04ac\&source\=indeed*
