Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to detect, report, and correct faults in equipment and facilities through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring the hospital’s safe and continuous operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pumping, air conditioning and heating system maintenance 2. Electrical parameter monitoring and instrument inspection 3. Emergency power plant and backup electrical system testing *Required for opening of a private hospital.* **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN.** **\-\-\-** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Detect, report, and correct faults in equipment and facilities (mechanical, electrical, and HVAC), through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring the hospital’s safe and continuous operation. **\-\-\-** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✔ Maintenance of pumping, air conditioning, and hot water heating systems ✔ Monitoring of electrical parameters (voltage, current, pressure, temperature) ✔ Lubrication and replacement of components (bearings, motors, belts, seals) ✔ Inspection and calibration of instruments (pressure gauges, thermometers, sensors) ✔ Adjustment of burners and heating systems ✔ Operation of control valves ✔ Equipment inspection and operational readings ✔ Emergency power plant and backup electrical system testing **\-\-\-** **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Technical degree in mechanics, electricity or air conditioning \* Minimum 1 year of experience **\-\-\-** **WE OFFER:** \* Base salary \* Attendance bonus \* Punctuality bonus \* Grocery vouchers \* Discounts at group stores **\-\-\-** **LOCATION** Av. de los Insurgentes Sur, Plaza Cuicuilco, Col.
