Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Agent to recover accounts through friendly communication, offering customized solutions and maintaining trustworthy relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining trustworthy relationships with respect and professionalism Collections Agent (On-site in CDMX) ***What will you do?*** Recover delinquent accounts through friendly, empathetic, and effective communication. Offer customized solutions to help our customers regularize their credits. Provide clear information regarding products, amounts, payment dates, and payment channels. Ensure outstanding service levels and meet your individual performance goals. Maintain trustworthy relationships with each customer, always demonstrating respect and professionalism. Accurately record information using our digital tools. ***What are we looking for in you?*** Minimum 3 months of experience in credit card collections (MANDATORY). Only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections with empathy and customer orientation. Adherence to processes, policies, and professional ethics. Experience with digital collection channels (desirable). Completed high school education. Location: Mexico City Education: completed high school **WE OFFER** Base salary: 10,000 MXN Monthly salary up to $30,000 gross/month: base salary + performance bonus + guaranteed bonus for the first 45 days Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.) 12 vacation days, 15 days of year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium Major Medical Expense Insurance (to be enrolled after completing 90 days as an active employee within the company).
