On-site technical problem resolution **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Construction Superintendent **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily construction execution. * Coordinate on-site technical and operational personnel. * Monitor physical progress against the construction schedule. * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. * Manage required materials, machinery, and resources. * Control costs and identify deviations. * Prepare project progress and status reports. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Resolve technical problems on site. * Participate in follow-up meetings with clients and management, among other duties. **Requirements:** * Local candidate * Proven experience in civil construction (specifically vehicular access bridge construction) * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Professional license mandatory) * **Electronic Logbook** * Valid **FIEL** **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary of $13,808\.22 (negotiable based on experience) * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Working hours: Monday–Friday 8\-6, Saturdays 8\-1, and availability for overtime outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Mexico–Cuernavaca Federal Highway, KM 77 (opposite UAEM) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site
