What Are We Looking For? 5 years’ experience in Fine Dining restaurants Knowledge of fresh pasta preparation, Neapolitan pizza, and charcuterie boards Mediterranean and/or Neapolitan cuisine Ingredient management Basic cost and waste control Basic food hygiene and handling knowledge Flexible schedule How Do We Work?
