Position Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant Floor Assistant to support table setup, customer service, and area maintenance, ensuring an efficient and orderly experience. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in an excellent work environment. **Restaurant Floor Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Table Setup and Preparation:** Place tablecloths, cutlery, plates, and glasses according to restaurant standards. Ensure all items are in perfect condition before welcoming customers. * **Support for Waitstaff:** Deliver food and beverages to tables as directed by waitstaff. Remove plates, cutlery, and utensils from tables after use. Assist with replenishing bread, sauces, napkins, or any other customer needs. * **Customer Service:** Ensure customers are comfortable and have everything needed during their experience. Address basic requests or escalate them to the responsible waitstaff member. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep tables and floor areas clean and organized. Disinfect tables and chairs after each use, complying with hygiene standards. * **Supply Replenishment:** Ensure sufficient utensils, napkins, ice, and other supplies are available for service. Assist in arranging and storing products in the floor area. * **General Support:** Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, bar) to ensure efficient service flow. Assist in organizing special events or VIP areas, if applicable.
