At Casanueva by Las Mañanitas We are looking for a full-time, committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Banquet Server** to deliver professional service during social and corporate events, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers. Main Responsibilities: * Set up and break down event venues (tables, chairs, linens, tableware). * Serve food and beverages according to the type of event. * Provide direct and courteous guest service during the event. * Assist with cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after the event. * Adhere to service, hygiene, and personal presentation standards. * Support simultaneous or special events as required. * Serve during menu tastings. Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a server, preferably in banquets or events. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Excellent service attitude and teamwork skills. * Professional personal appearance. * Ability to work under pressure.
