Payroll incident management and employee assistance We are looking for a PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department in a restaurant environment. The candidate will be responsible for file control, personnel movements, payroll incidents, and assistance to floor staff, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel. Requirements: * Economics or Administration degree (intern or graduate). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in personnel administration, preferably in restaurants, food service, or retail. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience completing ST7 forms. * Experience requesting employment references. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Main Responsibilities: * Integration and updating of physical and digital files. * Collection and validation of incidents: schedules, tardiness, overtime, breaks, disabilities, and absences. * Support in drafting contracts, renewals, and terminations. * Tracking of vacations, leaves, and shifts. * Requesting employment references. * Drafting employer reference letters. Work Location: Coyoacán We Offer: * Salary: $15,000 net * Statutory benefits (mixed scheme applied). * Cafeteria service * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday mornings.
