V. is seeking Restaurant Staff at Jardines Del Pedregal \- Coyoacán, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join our team as a **Kitchen Cleaning Area Supervisor** **WORK LOCATION**: Sanborns Perisur (Metrobús Perisur) Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Rotating schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and assign roles to staff for deep cleaning. * Provide onboarding and training on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitation), chemical handling, and PPE. * Knowledge of H Distinction. * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning routines for major equipment, floors, drains, walls, and food-contact surfaces. * Conduct rapid tests (reactive strips) to verify sanitizer concentration and rinse water temperature. * Maintain inventories and par stock levels for tableware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and racks. * Prepare logs (opening/closing, deep cleaning, temperatures, ppm, breakages, incidents). * Comply with internal audit policies and checklists (internal, client, certification-related). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in similar positions. * Availability for on-site work at Sanborns Perisur. **BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:** * Biweekly salary payment. * Daily tips. * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 10% of salary. * Cafeteria service. * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation days, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, etc.). * Life insurance. * Discounts at Sanborns and affiliated companies within Grupo Carso. * Employee loan program. * Savings fund.
