Maintaining quality and presentation standards **Position: Line Cook A – Hotel Aldea Kuká (Holbox Island)** **Location:** Boutique beachfront hotel, Holbox Island, Quintana Roo **Main Responsibilities:** * Dish preparation and plating * Personalized guest service in restaurant/bar area * Inventory control and hygienic handling of food and beverages * Maintaining quality and presentation standards for each service * Inventory management and waste control * Dish creation and menu support **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy * Prior experience (mandatory) * Service-oriented attitude and professional appearance * Preferred age: 20 to 45 years **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary: **$12,000 MXN per month** (paid biweekly on the 16th or 1st, provided these dates fall on business days) * Shared accommodation included * Meals provided according to shift schedule * Benefits: Christmas bonus and vacation entitlement as stipulated by law * Private medical service Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
