The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, mastery of architecture frameworks, and the ability to lead technical teams in highly complex environments. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in software development centers. * **5 years of experience** in systems analysis and team leadership. * **Academic background**: Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or engineering degree in: * Computer Science and Informatics, Business Administration, Administrative Informatics, Mathematics / Actuarial Science, Physics, Accounting, Systems, Quality * **Proven knowledge (mandatory)**: * TOGAF 9 Foundation * TOGAF 9 Certified * **Desirable (additional)**: current certification in TOGAF 9 Foundation or TOGAF 9 Certified. * Analytical ability, technical leadership, and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, document, and maintain enterprise and solution architecture. * Align technological architecture with business objectives. * Lead digital transformation and system modernization initiatives. * Coordinate development, analysis, and QA teams to ensure correct architecture implementation. * Evaluate technologies, tools, and standards for organizational adoption. * Ensure compliance with guidelines, best practices, and reference frameworks (TOGAF). * Produce technical documentation, models, diagrams, and executive reports. **We Offer:** **Location:** Coyoacán, CDMX **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company **Compensation:** $50,000 net \+ mixed compensation scheme **Additional Benefits:** * Ongoing performance evaluations * Access to performance-based bonuses * Professional growth plan * Statutory benefits guaranteed Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Up to $50,000\.00 per month License/Certification: * Current TOGAF 9 Foundation certification (Mandatory) * Current TOGAF 9 Certified certification (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
