Job Summary: We are seeking a fast, organized, and solution-oriented Banquet Cook for event production, preparation of bases, sauces, and side dishes, and maintaining an operational kitchen. We’re looking for a versatile candidate to join our production and events team. ​WE OFFER: ​Salary: $9,500 MXN monthly (take-home pay). ​Tips: Additional income from events/services. ​Fixed schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (enjoy Mondays and Tuesdays off!). ​Stability: Immediate hiring and an excellent work environment. ​REQUIREMENTS / YOUR PROFILE: ​Experience: Minimum 5 years in banquets, mass production, or hot kitchen operations. ​Practical Sense: Ability to handle high-volume work without compromising order or cleanliness. ​Problem-Solving: We seek someone who "gets things done," with initiative to successfully execute events. ​Skills: Hygienic food handling (H certification preferred), waste control, and standardization. ​RESPONSIBILITIES: ​Preparation and setup of event services. ​Production of bases, sauces, and side dishes. ​Maintaining the kitchen operational and ready for weekend “rush” service. ​ Work location: Chimalcoyotl 5320, Chimalcoyoc, Tlalpan, 14630 Mexico City, CDMX ​ARE YOU READY?
