What Are We Looking For? 3–5 years of experience in Fine Dining restaurants Knowledge of fish and seafood preparation Mediterranean and/or Neapolitan cuisine Desserts and pastry Basic food hygiene and handling knowledge Flexible schedule How Do We Work? Salary: $11,000 to $13,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
