Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor to lead teams, ensure deep cleaning, provide SOP training, and manage inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines Join our team as a **Kitchen Cleaning Area Supervisor** **WORK LOCATION**: Sanborns Perisur (Metrobús Perisur) Monday to Sunday with one weekday off. Rotating schedule **Responsibilities:** * Lead and assign roles to staff for deep cleaning. * Provide orientation and training on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitation), chemical handling, and PPE. * Knowledge of H-Designation * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning routines for major equipment, floors, drains, walls, and food-contact surfaces. * Conduct rapid tests (reactive strips) to verify sanitizer concentration and rinse temperature. * Maintain inventories and par stock levels for tableware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and racks. * Prepare logs (opening/closing, deep cleaning, temperatures, ppm, breakages, incidents). * Comply with internal audit policies and checklists (internal, client, certification-related). **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed high school education * Prior experience in similar positions * Availability for on-site work at Sanborns Perisur **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Bi-weekly payment * Daily tips * Monthly grocery vouchers equivalent to 10% of salary * Cafeteria service * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, etc.) * Life insurance * Discounts at Sanborns and affiliated companies under Grupo Carso * Employee loan program * Savings fund Apply through this channel or call 55 74 87 29 72 with Lic.
