Opportunity to work in a stable environment with a strong team. **Position: Accounting Assistant – Restaurants.** -------------------------------------------- **Department:** Accounting / Finance The company is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** with solid experience in general accounting, taxation, and financial control. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or internship candidate) * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years as General Accountant** * Knowledge of costs, taxation, and finance * Proficiency in **Intélisis System** * Proficiency in **Office Suite** (Excel mandatory) ### **Knowledge and Responsibilities** * Analysis and control of **costs** * Calculation and review of **taxes** * Administration and safeguarding of **accounting records** * Evaluation of **financing options** * Cash flow **forecasting** * Analysis and control of **expenses** * **Accounts payable and accounts receivable** * Inventory **management and control** * Preparation of **expenditure budgets** * **Bank reconciliations** and supplier reconciliations * **Cash counts and cash register audits** * Management of **petty cash** * **Bank transfers** * Administrative personnel management ### **Additional Activities** * Periodic bank reconciliations * Cash register audits * Filing of credit memos and advances * Scheduling of supplier payments * Review and control of tax payments ### **Skills** * Analytical * Honest and responsible * Ability to work under pressure * Proactive * Leadership and organizational skills ### **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $10,500.00 * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability * Positive work environment
