Key Highlights: 1. You will learn internal processes, quality controls, and design. 2. You will be part of a team that values efficiency and quality. Quad Graphics was founded in 1971 by Harry V. Quadracci, who envisioned a company where employees and management worked together as partners. He established the company in an abandoned factory in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Its first press, the "América IV," played a crucial role during the early challenging years. In 1979, the company achieved significant growth by securing a contract to print Newsweek magazine. Over time, Quad Graphics evolved into a global marketing company, delivering comprehensive solutions for brands such as Adidas, Chevrolet, and Toyota—just a few names from its extensive client list.
