Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence**Position Objective** Efficiently and promptly attend to new and follow-up patients, providing safe and compassionate medical care during their stay at SANEFRO, with close clinical follow-up and full compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise comprehensive patient management in hemodialysis, ensuring stability and promptly resolving complications arising during renal replacement therapy. * Evaluate patients’ vascular access for hemodialysis and timely manage associated complications. * Ensure compliance with processes and proper functioning of critical systems. Experience * Inpatient care: 1 year * Management of emergencies or critically ill patients: 1 year * Hemodialysis treatments: 1 year * Clinical record management: 1 year Knowledge * Interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests (electrocardiogram and chest X-ray). * Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * NOM-003-SSA3-2010 for hemodialysis practice.
