We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **Project Designer** **Job Objective:** Develop comprehensive architectural design proposals for industrial projects, ensuring proper interdisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, etc.) and compliance with client requirements. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Preparation and review of pre-construction project documentation, working with internal assistants and external suppliers using BIM methodology. * Architectural and civil design, as well as structural design criteria. * Preparation of a project proposal based on client specifications. **Requirements:** * Architect or Civil Engineer (Professional Degree/Professional License) * 3–5 years of experience in Projects, participating in the development of industrial projects. * Advanced English. * Advanced Revit **Competencies and Skills:** * Problem analysis * Organized * Strategic thinking * Assertive communication * Functional planning * Initiative * Adaptability to change * Decision-making **Knowledge:** * Construction processes for industrial warehouses * Project supervision * Preparation and development of execution drawings (architectural, structural, and/or MEP) * Knowledge of construction processes * Local building codes * Complementary technical standards * Ability to generate preliminary design documentation and drawings * Catalog of concepts or budget estimates * Revit and AutoCAD (Advanced) * Microsoft Project (desirable) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Annual performance bonus * Savings fund Work Location: Polanco, Ciudad de México Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.
